Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® Classes
Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® (ATM®) classes utilize gentle movements and mindful awareness to change habitual movement patterns that cause pain and tension. The teacher verbally guides you through a gentle, sophisticated movement sequences which teach the body/brain new options for ease. During class you are not expected to look like the instructor! ATMs meet you where you are and access your inherent ability to improve. The aim is improved function, reduced pain, and greater ease in one's body and life. The theme of this Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement series is "Melting Freeze". Freeze can show up in many ways; body, mind, and heart. Classes take students through sophisticated, gentle, Feldenkrais movement sequences designed to meet and transform habitual patterns of tension and freeze, bringing freedom to one's body and life.

The Sounder Sleep System teaches simple movements designed to bring the person from an alert, wakeful state to a state of deep mental and physical rest. Developed by Feldenkrais Practitioner Michael Krugman, the Sounder Sleep System draws upon the Feldenkrais Method and ancient Chinese medicine. These easy movements can bring profound change for sleep, stress management, and quieting one's body/mind/emotions.

The Seva Stress Release is an acupressure sequence designed to bring deep relaxation and support overall well-being. The Seva acupressure sequence was developed when 9/11 occurred and used with the workers at Ground Zero. Following 9/11, he Soul Lightening Acupressure faculty created a workshop format to teach people the Seva sequence for self care and others. It has been taught in countless settings around the globe.
